Drone Regulation Guideline

  • FAA Part 107 Certified Pilots no longer need private property consent within 500’ of the drone flight.

  • FAA Part 107 Certified Pilots no longer require an onerous 500’ safety perimeter and traffic control.

  • FAA Part 107 Certified Pilots may operate closer to many airports than previously allowed.

  • FAA Part 107 Certified Pilots no longer need to file a “Plan of Activities” (POA) with the FAA.

The Wild Rabbit team maintains both FAA Part 107 pilots as well as an FAA Section 333 Exemption. Our FAA Part 107 operators are approved for closed set filming and handles all FAA paperwork.
